I"ve always heard that females are the weaker sex. I guess its the males of the world that came up with that saying. True, females are generaly smaller in stature than males, sure they usally arent as muscular as males but pound for pound, females can be as good a wrestler as a male can be. On a hot steamy sunday afternoon at Boogie's Wrestling Camp in Shawsville VA this was proven to be true. Two females, while not huge in size, took to the ring to find out who the better woman wrestler was. The first combantant was a tall blonde named Ms.HollyD. Quiet in demenor, but lethal in skills, this blonde powerhouse came to the ring with all the confidence in the world. Waving to the crowd she stepped thru the ropes and into her corner, she streched at the ropes and waited her foe to arrive. Making her way down to the ring was Miss Angel, another blonde knockout with much more ring savvy than the cute Ms.HollyD. On line today was the East Tennessee Ladies Wrestling Championship belt that Ms.HollyD so proudly held. As she stepped thru the ropes you could cut the tension with a knife. Neigher girl spoke as the ref called them to the center of the ring to give them the rules. "Ok girls, you know the rules, this match is 2 out of 3 falls for the title belt. Lets keep it clean" he tells them. Both girls turn and head to their corner and await the start of their match. By this time the crowd was getting into the match with calls of "Go get her Ms.HollyD" and "Whip her good Angel" Both girls looked at each other with cold stares and they knew in seconds they would be locked in combat. Then the bell rang and the match was underway.
The girls came out of their corners, breifly shook hands and begin to circle, watching for the first chance to pounce. Miss Angel was the first to get the advantage by snaring Ms.HollyD's arm and ducking behind her with a hammerlock. "Hows that feel Vix" she taunted the tall blonde. "Ask her ref" Angel yells. "NO WAY!" was the cry that echoed in the arena. Then quickly Ms.HollyD stepped under the girl and came back up with a top wristlock of her own. Forcing Angel foward she began to punish the blonde's arm. "Ask her ref! " Ms.HollyD yells to the 3rd man in the ring. "Wadda say Angel? Wanna call it a night" the ref askes the trapped girl." NOOO!" she screams as Ms.HollyD began to work on her arm. By this time, the coolness both girls had shown was wearing very thin and tempers were beginning to flare. One of the most favorite hold for a girl wrestler is the other girl hair. Angel reaches behind and grabs a handful of Ms.HollyD's hair and takes her to the mat HARD bouncing the pretty blonde's head wickledly agains the canvas, stunning the blonde. Quickly Angel being the vetran of may ring wars goes for the cover. ONE..TWO..." the ref counts and was about to hit the canvas for the third time when Ms.HollyD kicks out. "SLOW COUNT" Angel screams at the ref and snares Ms.HollyD in a reverse chin lock that had the audience gasping for ait themselves. Working the blonde's head back and forth she tells her "Its time to go to school" Ms.HollyD closed her eyes and the crowd though she was about out of it. The ref raises her arm and it falls limply to her side. "ONE" he counts. Angel tightens her hold some more and the ref raises Ms.HollyD's arm again. Again it falls limply to her side. "TWO" he counts. "Its all over now sweetie" Angel coos as the ref raises Ms.HollyD's arm for a third time. It falls but somehow Ms.HollyD stops the final few inches thus breaking the count. "Keep wrestling" the ref anounces. With a supreme effort, Ms.HollyD begins to come back around. Shaking herself she clammors to her feet and drives an elbow into the softer midsection of Angel, driving the wind out of her some. Letting go of the chinlock Angel steps back. Ms.HollyD then grabs her by the hair and cuts loose with a terrific right to the head of Angel.Falling backwards, she lands hard on the mat, clutching her head in her hands. Seeing her chance, Ms.HollyD dives on top of her and hooks the leg of Angel. But the crafty vetran lays her leg on the ropes thus breaking the count. Ms.HollyD then pulls the leg of Angel and brings her back to the center of the ring, stomping hard on the inner thigh of Angel. Angel then knew that the powerful blonde was trying to set her up for her famous Hollywood and DeVine Leg Lock, which has gotten the pretty champion many victories. But Ms.HollyD had not pulled her far enough away from the ropes and Angel reaches out and snares the ropes. "Break it Ms.HollyD" the ref tells the champion and pushes her back. But Ms.HollyD knew she couldnt give Angel any mercy so she dove at her legs again. Hooking the leg of Angel she rolls the powerful blonde onto her stomach and grapvines her legs. Angel pounds the mat and tries in vain to get away but the Ms.HollyD has her now. Ms.HollyD reaches out and gets the arms of Angel and pulls her backwards. "Give it up Angel" she screams at the other girl. Angel shakes her head now but Ms.HollyD isnt about to take NO for an answer. Pulling her even farther back she again asked her if she wanted to give it up. "YESSS....I SUBMIT" she screams and Ms.HollyD lets her go.The ref raises the hand of the pretty blonde as she says. "One for me"
